So I'm playing with 21 Day a Fix thru the holidays. I'm doing 21 Days on, enjoying Thanksgvivng Day, 3 Day Shakeology Cleanse, 21 Days on, enjoying Christmas and then a 3 day Shakeology cleanse. I'm already down 4.5 pounds!
I plan on losing this holiday season instead of gaining weight.
So I wanted some new recipes.
Up first.......Meatball Wrap
1 100 calorie whole wheat flat out wrap
1 wedge mozzarella laughing cow cheese
1 red container of turkey meatballs
1 green container spaghetti sauce
Spread the laughing cow on the flat out wrap, spread spaghetti sauce and meatballs and roll up! I heated till warm. I also had a side of green beans on the side.
1 yellow, 1/2 blue, 1 red and 2 green!
Up next breakfast.....salsa egg mix
2 eggs cracked into a coconut oil sprayed microwave safe bowl
1 blue of shredded cheese
2 tblsp chunky salsa
Cook eggs and shredded cheese for about 1 min in microwave. Scramble and mix in salsa.
1 red, 1 blue, 1/4 green
