With my eating disorder I can easily fall back into binge eating so I have to be really careful. I schedule my cheat meals and I keep my trigger foods out of the house as much as possible. My therapist taught me years ago that if I with held my favorite foods it could definitely cause me to relapse. Thus the cheat meal every week.
With that said here is another day on the 21 Day Fix!
Breakfast: High Fiber cereal with almond milk and 1/2 banana equals 1 and 1/2 yellow, 1 purple
Snack: Cottage cheese and strawberries equals 1 red and 1/2 purple
Lunch: Sweet peppers wrapped in nitrate free turkey, rice chips, 1/2 apple with 2 tsp PB equals 1 green, 1 red, 1/2 purple and 2 tsp
Snack: Peanuts and cheese stick equals 1 orange and 1 blue
Dinner: Chef salad with turkey and hard boiled egg as well as homemade tomato soup equals 2 green, 1 red, and 1/2 orange for the olives on my salad
After workout snack: Strawberry Shakeology equals 1 red
Great day of eating and working out! I did a T25 workout today as well as my Brazil Butt Lift! I love that the T25 was only 25 minutes and it really got my heart rate up. I did the cardio workout and it was awesome! There is also a modifier if you don't want to do high impact! I love that beachbody makes workouts for everyone!
