The key is to make sure one day off doesn't turn into two or three.
Days like this is when I wish I was a morning person and could workout before work! When I was younger I could but as I got older I enjoy that extra little bit of sleep!
Maybe this summer when school is out and I'm out of work for the summer I will reprogram my mind to wake up early. Or at least workout earlier in the day!
My goal for each week is to workout 5-6 days a week. I try to include three days of toning/weights and at least three days of cardio. Most weeks I will do extra cardio on my toning days. I love cardio!
Workouts don't have to be an hour either as long as the intensity is good! P90X3 and T25 are both awesome workouts that are short on time!
