First Day on 21 Day Fix

Wow is all I can say!  This was an unbelievable day on this eating plan!  I can't believe how much food I got to eat.

Breakfast
Oatmeal: I filled one yellow container with oatmeal
Pink grapefruit 1/2 of one is equal to 1 purple

Snack
Greek yogurt and almonds equal to 1 red and 1 blue

Lunch
Buffalo Chicken Salad wraps on romain lettuce 1 red
I filled a red container with grilled chicken strips, added some Greek yogurt and hot sauce to taste and then spread on romain lettuce
Celery and cherry tomatoes 1 green
Strawberries and grapes 1 purple


Snack (when I was finally hungry after 4 hours)
Thin Mint Shakeology 1 red
1 scoop choc Shakeology
Dash of mint extract
8-10oz water

Dinner
Shrimp, veggie and quinoa 1 red, 1 yellow and 1 green
I made quinoa according to package
Cold shrimp
Mushrooms and carrots

I used mustard for my dip for my shrimp! 

This was so good I plan on having it again tomorrow.
