I started the day off great and had plans in place for everything......
Breakfast: Oatmeal and grapefruit 1 yellow and 1 purple
Snack: cheese stick 1 blue
Lunch: in the car strawberry Shakeology with 4 oz choc almond milk and 6 oz water and fruit cup of strawberries and pineapples 1 red, 1/2 yellow and 1 purple
Snack: also in car sunflower seeds and almond mix 1 orange as well as cracker chips 1/2 yellow
Dinner: this is where it fell apart.....my hubby decided to take us out to dinner. I had a plan to get a nice salad with shrimp or grilled chicken. We get to the restaurant and my non meat eating daughter has no choices on the kids menu other than meat. Nice right? So what's a good momma to do.....order pasta to split with her. I had a side salad to start off with and then went with 1/4 of the serving. But then I ate the bread that came with it and a couple of the fried shrimps off my hubby's plate and half of his crab cake. Good intentions down the drain. And now I'm paying for it. Not feeling too well.
But I'm human. We all are. We will have some slip ups. The key is to pick ourselves up and not let them stick around the next day and the next day.
Tomorrow is a new day and I will probably do some extra cardio. Scratch that. I will do extra cardio.
