Breakfast
Peach Strawberry Shakeology!
I used a pack of strawberry Shakeology, 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk, and frozen peaches!
Snack
1/4 cup cinnamon almonds (so proud I stopped with one serving)
Lunch
Leftover cauliflower crust pizza, egg salad/avocado dip on celery and strawberries
For the egg salad/avocado dip I used one hard boiled egg and one 100 calorie pack of guacamole! Very easy and tasty!
The cauliflower crust pizza was 1/2 head cauliflower riced (I used my vitamix), 1 egg, 1/4 Italian cheese blend and some Italian seasoning.
Mix all ingredients and bake for 20 min at 350.
After the center had set I added tomato paste, sliced mushrooms and Italian cheese and put it back I the oven till the cheese melted!
Snack
Sweet peppers wrapped in nitrate free lunch meat (I used roast beef and honey) with spicy mustard
Dinner
Cauliflower Alfredo over high fiber noodles and a salad with salsa as dressing
The cauliflower Alfredo sauce was so easy to make
1/2 head cauliflower boiled in chicken stock till soft
Then I puréed it in my vitamix with a cup of the chicken stock, a handful of Italian cheese blend and garlic powder
Dessert
I got hungry a little after dinner so I had a 90 calorie fiber one bar. I know it's because I didn't have any protein in my dinner. I must change that for next time I make this meal!
I got my Turbo Fire workout done this morning and I only had 2 cups of coffee! Great day for me!
