Day 3 on 21 Day Fix

I'm done with day three and still doing good!

Breakfast: 2 eggs and strawberries > equals 1 red and 1 purple



I didn't get hungry till lunch!

Lunch:  egg salad with Greek yogurt, whole wheat wrap, celery sticks > equals 1 red, 1 yellow and 1 green


I made my egg salad with 1 whole egg and 1 egg white, tablespoon of Greek yogurt and a squirt of spicy mustard.  Notice I had enough to fill the wrap and my celery sticks!   Score!

Snack:  Choc  Shakeology with water and frozen cherries > equals 1 red and 1 purple

So yummy even my microwave was eye balling it!  ;)


Snack:  Crackers and Salsa with a cheese stick > equals 1 yellow, 1/4 green and 1 fat



Dinner:  Crab stuffed flounder (from Trader Joes), salad and green beans/carrots > equals 1 red, 2 green and 1 orange for the dressing (I used a ginger dressing with 35 cal per 2 tbls)


I just finished my Brazil Butt Lift workout and I did a little extra cardio since the flounder was stuffed with a crab mix.  Never hurts to burn a couple extra calories after a big dinner.

I'm getting pretty good with the containers now.  I can guess pretty much as to what will fit in them now.  All though I didn't think the flounder would fit but it did.
