Another easy and yummy day on the 21 Day Fix!
Breakfast: 1 strawberry sp k waffle with 2 tsp PB and 1/2 banana 1 yellow, 1 purple and 2 tsp
Snack: yogurt equals 1 red
Lunch: Chef Salad with lettuce, carrots, zucchini, brocoli, 1 hard boiled eggs and chicken with salsa as dressing with a side of pineapple equals 1 green, 1 red and 1 purple
Snack: cheese equals to 1 blue
Dinner: I had the leftovers of the shrimp, quinoa and veggies equals 1 red, 1 yellow and 2 green
Had a late workout and still had a red left so I just had yummy strawberry Shakeology with a dash of vanilla extract!
Great day number 2!
