With this holiday comes family and friend gatherings and tooooooo much food! I usually take my cheat meals on the weekends. Unforunately I some times over do it. Like this weekend. And now I don't feel good. I need to learn to take my cheat meals a little better. Only one per week and not too much of anything. Just a little bit of my favorites.
Never fear though. Tomorrow is a new week and a new start. I will do a Shakeology cleanse for the next couple of days to cleanse myself of the yuckies I took in, lol.
The plan:
Breakfast and Lunch for the next two (maybe 3) days will be Shakeology and fruit
Snack in the morning will be Greek yogurt
Snack in the afternoon will probably be another Shakeology or veggies with guacamole
Dinner will be salads with lean protein (chicken, turkey, hard boiled eggs)
Lots of extra water and green tea!
Workouts: depending on my energy level (with a cleanse it can be lower) I plan on getting up 25 min early and doing a T25 cardio routine and in the evenings I will continue with my. Brazil Butt Lift workouts!
