Another 21 Day Fix Day

Another thing I am loving about this program is it's bringing me out of my comfort zone with food!  I have never wanted to eat asparagus.  Tried it once and wasn't a fan.  Always heard it was so good for me though.  Well today I found a way to enjoy it!

Breakfast: 2 eggs (runny in the middle) equals 1 red
                5 asparagus spears equals 1/2 green
                1 slice whole wheat toast equals 1 yellow
                1/2 pink grapefruit equals 1 purple


I let the runny yolk go all over the asparagus and I really liked it!


Snack: cheese stick and pineapple equals 1 blue and 1 purple

Snack: peanuts and whole wheat crackers with PB equals 1 orange, 1/2 yellow and 2 tsp

Late Lunch:  Strawberry Shakeology with almond extract equals 1 red


Snack:  turkey slices equals 1 red

Late Dinner: pasta with spaghetti sauce and lentils, salad, and green beans equals 1 yellow, 1/2 red, 2 green

I did go over by 1/2 yellow but it's ok.  My meals where all messed up today since I had a late lunch and late dinner.
