Lots of people ask me if I spent the last 3 days in the bathroom and the answer is NO! It doesn't effect me that way!
I'm finishing my last week on Brazil Butt Lift and can really see the difference in my body!
I can't wait to start my hybrid next week! I'm combining Turbo Fire and Brazil Butt Lift! Still working on my lower body and burn the last layer of fluff off too!
I will post my schedule next week!
Here is what I ate today:
Breakfast: Almond Shakeology
1/2 cup almond milk, 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup ice
1 tblsp Almond Butter
Snack: Cheese stick and grapes
Lunch: Veggie Burger and apples
1 veggie burger, 1/4 avocado, salsa on whole wheat flat bun, and 1 small apple
Snack: Whole Wheat Crackers with salsa
Dinner: Grilled Chicken with roasted potatoes, onions and peppers with marinated mushrooms and 3 dark choc covered strawberries (the Dole frozen ones)
Grilled the chicken on the grill with a low fat ginger dressing as the marinade
Roasted potatoes/veggies were from Trader Joes (freezer section). So easy and yummy
Marinated mushrooms: boiled the mushrooms for 5 min and then marinated in 1 tbsp red wine vinegar, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1/4 tbsp olive oil and some garlic powder.
