1st Day on 21 Day Fix

So I know I played with starting 21 Day Fix some last month but now I'm going for the full 21 days!

I'm so excited to complete this program.  I've seen some friends really rock this program and lose anywhere from 8-15 pounds over the 21 days!  I can't wait to see my results!

I'm also stopping my Turbo Fire workouts and doing the 21 Day Fix workouts so I can give you accurate results from the whole program!

21 Day Fix is a portion control program.  It comes with color coded containers that you fill up with food that goes in that container.  Each container is assigned a food group.
Yellow is carbs
Red is protein
Purple is fruit
Green is vegetables
Blue is fats
Orange is seeds





Breakfast today was eggs over asparagus with half of a whole wheat English muffin and strawberries
Breakdown is 1 red, 1 green, 1 yellow and 1 purple

This was so filling I never had a snack in between breakfast and lunch.

Lunch was sugar cookie vanilla Shakeology.  1 packet vanilla Shakeology, 8-10 oz water and 1/4 tsp of  princess cake and cookie extract (I got off amazon)
Breakdown was 1 red

Afternoon snack I had cashews which is equal to 1 blue

Dinner was a salad with grilled chicken, apple and pecans.

It was so good!

My workout today was the cardio fix.  It was 30 minutes of calorie torching cardio!  It was an amazing workout!

Looking forward to day 2!
