Breakfast: 2 egg white and turkey sausage muffins, 2 21 Day Fix oatmeal banana cookies, and strawberries
Breakdown: 1 red, 1 yellow and 1 purple
Egg white muffin recipe: I poured straight egg whites into muffin tins. Crumble up some turkey sausage patties and a sprinkle shredded cheese in each muffin tin. I used a total of 1 patty per 4 muffins. Bake at 350 till set (about 15-20 min)
Lunch: Butterfinger Shakeology (choc Shakeology, 8-10 oz water, 2 tbsp PB2, 1 tbsp SF butterscotch pudding mix)
Snack: Fruit mix of grapes, pineapple and strawberries and some carrots
Breakdown: 1/2 purple and 1/2 green
Dinner: Applebee's Parmesan Shrimp and Rice
Breakdown: 1 red and 1 yellow
Dessert: Almonds
Breakdown: 1 blue
I did not get enough veggies today. :(
Tomorrow will be loading up on veggies! I missed my big salad today.
Tomorrow will also be test number two. Memorial Day cookout at my folks house. I'm brining my big salad and some of my oatmeal cookies for dessert! I can do this!
