Finished Week 1 and I'm Down 5 Pounds! Day 8 and Tested Again!

So I knew today I would be tested again.  Since it's Memorial weekend we got together for a family dinner. I went prepared!

Breakfast:  2 egg white muffins and starwberries
Breakdown: 1 red and 1/2 purple

Lunch:   Turkey and avocado on flatbread with 1/2 an apple
Breakdown: 1 yellow, 1 red, 1 blue and 1/2 purple

Snack: almonds
Breakdown: 1 blue

Dinner: My hubby picked me up an apple cranberry chicken salad from Wendy's to take to my folks house.  So yummy.  Plus I had some eggplant dip my mom makes (all veggies)
Breakdown: 3 green, 1 red and 1 purple

Dessert:  Everyone else had icrecream but I brought my 21 Day Fix cookies
Breakdown: 1 yellow

So today was a win.  Started the day with the scale showing 5 pounds down and then I didn't splurge during the cookout.  I did go over on my blues again so I will be working on that this week.  I didn't get my workout in today either.  With church, then afternoon nap (my little girl asked me to sleep with her and I not gonna pass that up) and not getting home till late, I ran out of time.  I plan on knowing a double tomorrow.  The cardio I missed today early in the day and the Monday workout in the evening.
