Yummy Healthy Eats

I've got two yummy recipes for you today!

Breakfast:  Kashi Almond Flax Vanilla Shakeology!
I used a cup of almond milk, 1 pack vanilla Shakeology, 1/3 cup Kashi Almond Flax cereal and some ice!  Blended in my handy dandy vitamix!  Oh soooo good!  It was so thick, it reminded me of a cookout milkshake!  And all under 300 calories!  Perfect breakfast!

Dinner:  Spaghetti Squash with shrimp,  marinated mushrooms, carrots and a salad

I cut the spaghetti squash down the middle and then baked it for 40 min (cut side down) at 350,
Then I shredded the squash with a fork.  Very easy to do!  I threw some thawed shrimp in the sauce as it warming up.  It wasn't pasta but it worked for me as a replacement while I'm trying to lose those last few pounds!
