Day 13 and Out to Eat

Going on memory today.  I forgot to take pictures of what I ate today. Let's hope I have a good memory today.

Breakfast:  2 21 Day Fix cookies and a healthy pumpkin spice latte (I found on chocolatecoveredkatie on Pinterest)
Breakdown: 2 yellow

Snack:  almonds
Breakdown: 1 blue

Lunch:  Choc Shakeology and strawberries/grapes
Breakdown: 1 red and 1 purple

Snack:  almonds
Breakdown: 1 blue (over again, I think I want to petition to change this to equal 2 a day)

Dinner:  we went out and I chose wisely.  Buffalo grilled chicken salad and I brought my own dressing
Breakdown: 2 green and 1 red

Snack: Strawberries
Breakdown: 1/2 purple

Cardio Fix and I really worked up a sweat!  Can't believe it's been almost two full weeks.  My weight loss has stalled the past two days but that's ok.  I'm closer to my goal weight and I know as a fitness professional, the closer you get to your goal weight the slower the weight comes off.  It also could have something to do with my extra blue container.  Hummmmm, maybe I should go with only once a day.  Ok.  I'll try the next few days.  Wish me luck!
