So I've not had a good week workout wise. I was not feeling good on Wed night so I skipped Abs. Thursday I had a late night at work so I didn't get my Brazil Butt Lift workout in (so glad I got up early for my cardio)! Friday I was spending quality time with my son and we got into a Bates Motel marathon and it was 11 before I knew it and I was way too tired to try to workout then. Saturday and Sunday.
Well that's a whole different story. We had a water leak a few weeks back (still haven't found where the water came from). Well my hubby finally pulled up carpet and behold we have found black mold. He spent most of the weekend tearing out walls and cleaning mold. And guess which room this has affected? If you answered my workout room you would be right. And also my laundry room.
Sigh........
So I didn't get my workout in those two days either.
Not working out makes me sad. Not as sad as seeing all my walls bring torn out and wondering how in the world we will fix all this though.
So this upcoming week and weeks forward till the rooms are fixed, I will be working out in my living room. Not an ideal place but I will make it work. I have too! Not working out is not an option for me.
It's also going to be another beautiful week and I plan on getting outside and walking! A lot!
