Day 9 on 21 Day Fix

Can't believe I'm already into week 2!  This is becoming a way of life!  I love how easy it is!

Breakfast:  Eggs over asparagus with half a whole wheat English muffin and strawberries
Breakdown: 1 red, 1 yellow, 1/2 green and 1/2 purple

Lunch:  Mixed Fruit vanilla Shakeology with a pear
Breakdown: 1 red, 1 and 1/2 purple

Dinner:  Salad with hard boiled egg and turkey with quinoa mushroom bowl
Breakdown: 1 red, 2 1\2 green, and 1 yellow 

Snack:  Almonds
Breakdown: 1 blue

I didn't go over on any containers today.  Right on track!

Exercise was awesome.  Total Body Cardio Fix!  I hit every muscle in my body in 30 minutes!
