Day 6 on 21 Day Fix



I can't believe week one is almost done.  It's Memorial Day weekend so I will be challenged with cookouts but I will make it!  I'm determined to make the 21 days complete!

Breakfast:  Black Forest Shakeology (choc Shakeology, 8-10 oz water and frozen cherries)

Breakdown: 1 red and 1 purple

Snack:  Fresh Fruit and Cheese Sticks
Breakdown: 1 purple and 2 blue

Lunch:  Eggs over asparagus and 1/2 whole wheat English muffin
Breakdown: 1 red, 1/2 green and 1 yellow

Snack:  Nitrate free turkey and sliced tomato 
Breakdown: 1 red and 1/2 green

Dinner:  Crab and avocado salad with strawberries
Breakdown:  2 green, 1/4 purple, 1 red and 1 blue

I did go over today with my blues.  But I didn't have my extra yellow, my orange or my 2 two tsp so I hope I evened out.  

Workout today was Dirty 30 and it definitely hit every part of my body in 30 minutes!
