Day 4 on 21 Day Fix

Day 4 went smooth too!  This is the easiet way to eat.  I've learned how much I over eat.  Those containers really open your eyes to what a portion size really is.

Breakfast:  Oatmeal with cashew butter and cinnamon
Breakdown: 1 yellow and 2 tsp

Snack:  Cottage cheese with pineapple
Breakdown:  1 red and 1/2 purple

Lunch:  At work we were having a pizza party.  So what does this 21 Day Fixer do.......bring my own.  I made quinoa pizza bites and spaghetti sauce for dipping. I also brought some strawberries and grapes with sunflower seeds.
Breakdown:  1 yellow, 1/2 green, 1/2 purple and 1 orange

Snack:  Strawberry Shakeology
Breakdown: 1 red

Dinner:  Big chef salad with turkey, 1 hard boiled egg, strawberries and pecans.  (This is my favorite salad of all time!  I want it all the time!)
Breakdown:  2 1/2 green, 1/2 purple, 1 red and 1 blue

I missed my workout today.  It was to be Pilates but I got caught up in watching the American Idol final and missed it.  I haven't decided if I will do it Thursday along with the cardio or save it for Sat (my rest day).  But I will do it!
