Day 5 and down 4 pounds!

What a great way to start day 5!  Down 4 pounds!  Woohoo!

Breakfast:  Whole wheat wrap with an egg and turkey sausage with 2 kiwi fruits
Breakdown: 1 yellow, 1 red and 1 purple

No time for mid morning snack today, it was graduation day at the school I work at.

Lunch:  Crab meat and laughing cow cheese on flat out fold it bread with 1/2 apple
Breakdown: 1 yellow, 1/2 red, 1/2 blue and 1 purple 

Snack:  White chocolate strawberry Shakeology (8 oz water, 1 scoop strawberry Shakeology, 1 tbsp sf white choc pudding mix)
Breakdown: 1 red

Dinner: Salad with strawberries and walnuts and a grilled turkey breast.  My hubby burnt it a little.  I scraped the char off and dug in.  😉

Breakdown: 1 red, 3 green, and 1 blue

I doubled up my workout tonight and did both the cardio scheduled for today and the Pilates I missed yesterday.  So I ended up grabbing a LF cheese stick after my workout.  

Loving this 21 Day Fix plan!
