Day 10 and 7 Pounds Down!

And the pounds keep melting off!  I do believe this program will get me to my goal weight!

Breakfast: 2 egg white muffins, turkey sausage patty, cantaloupe 
Breakdown: 1 red and 1 purple

Snack: Sweet peppers wrapped in turkey (nitrate free Ofcourse)
Breakdown: 1 red, 1/2 green

Lunch:  Choc cheesecake Shakeology (water, choc Shakeology and 1 tbsp sf cheesecake pudding mix) and grapes
Breakdown: 1 red and 1 purple

Snack:  Almonds and cheese stick
Breakdown: 2 blue (boo hiss went over again)

Dinner:  Quinoa pizza bites, and a salad with crab meat and hard boiled egg
Breakdown: 1 yellow, 2 green, 2 red 

Snack:  Crackers with Salsa
Breakdown: 1 yellow and 1/2 green

So I went over on 1 red and 1 blue today.

I think I'm going to do an extra cardio tonight.  This is where the free extra workout comes in handy!
