Breakfast: Tropical Strawberry (Tropical strawberry Shakeology, 8oz water, frozen mango, peaches, pineapple and strawberries)
Breakdown: 1 red and 1 purple
Mid Morning Snack: Greek yogurt
Breakdown: 1 red
Lunch: Salad with pecans, strawberries, hard boiled eggs and salsa as dressing
Breakdown: 2 green, 1 red, 1 purple and 1 blue
Afternoon Snack: Celery and sunflower seeds
Breakdown: 1/2 green and 1 orange
Dinner: Quinoa, salmon patty and green beans
Breakdown: 1 yellow, 1 red and 1/2 green
